Tata Memorial Centre gets land in Vizag

TMC, an autonomous grant-in-aid institution under the administrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy, proposes to develop its campus in a phased manner. In the first phase, it proposes to set up a 100-bedded hospital , which will offer a complete range of services to cancer patients. In the second phase, it plans to set up a research centre exclusively for cancer. The Phase III plan is to set up a nursing school and an advanced school on epidemiology. TCS currently has a 74-acre campus at Mumbai.
