ING Vysya Life Insurance Company Limited (ING Life), part of the ING Group, a financial services company, today announced its tie-up with Mumbai-based Suvidhaa Infoserve, a company pioneering in service commerce (s-commerce), to collect insurance policy renewal payments for its customers. Customers of ING Life can now pay their policy renewal premium at over 7,000 Suvidhaa outlets across 300 cities in India, including over 700 outlets in Gujarat.

According to Ashwin B, chief operating officer, ING Life, "To us, this is a significant pan-India association as it adds a huge network of outlets where our esteemed customers across the country can pay their renewal premiums, thus providing them with an easier experience. In Gujarat alone, the tie-up will have more than 700 outlets, thus making it extremely convenient for our customers."
ING Life has strengthened its service to make it easier for customers to deposit their renewal premiums. Apart from visitng any of the company’s branches or ING Vysya Bank branches, it has has tie-ups with South Indian Bank, citizen services initiatives such as Bangalore One and Hubli Dharwad One in Karnataka, e-seva outlets in Andhra Pradesh as well as a tie-up with General Post Office, Karnataka which facilitates renewal collection through post offices across Karnataka. Suvidhaa, the S-Commerce major has a robust network of outlets in Gujarat with over 700 outlets spread across Gujarat. All Suvidhaa outlets are franchised outlets.
ING Life has established a pan India presence across 234 cities, with over 70,000 advisors to distribute its products.
